Our MD - Jay
Jay's background is in data entry. Up to early 2025, he'd spent five years loading personal, legal and commercially sensitive data to industry specific and generic CRM systems. Speed and accuracy were key to his work. You can't afford to make mistakes when you're dealing with people's livelihoods or the court system.
Since being made redundant, he's tried to find a similar role, but the 'boring' jobs are unbelievably hard to come by. So, after exhausting all the traditional employment avenues, he's decided to work for himself. He wants to make his skills directly available to clients who need a little help, either as a one off, or in an ongoing support partnership.
Outside of work, Jay's a prolific fiction writer. With six books already on paper (well, laptop), he's hoping to publish at least one by the end of the year.
The Team
Jay is supported by a backroom team with years of industry experience under their belts - corporate and charity governance, policy writing, sales and marketing, customer care, membership services, people management. You name it, they've got it covered.
